Welcome to my Homepage

I offer to you, my loyal service and history of being 100%
honest. My tools to be your servant, comes from being very
successful in my personal and professional life. I possess over 20
years in Law Enforcement and have worked in Washington DC
supporting Ten National Laboratories which included Counter
Intelligence, Information Security, Program Management,
Physical Protection, Nuclear Material Control and Accountability,
Protective Force, Fiscal funding review/approval/denial and the
composition of reports to Congress and various other agencies.

The only woman in my life is my wife Debbie who was my High
School Sweetheart. My children have attended Lathrop schools
and my son made the United States Olympic Team. I am working
on my Masters degree in Vulnerability Assessments and I am
fully capable of bringing stability to Lathrop. I shall always be at
your side and wishing to hear from every Lathrop resident. I will
open up to the public, documents previously undisclosed. See
